We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on Eyeglasses and Sunglasses.

Eyewear with Custom-Made Lenses + One-time exchange per item (see*)
+ If new lenses are required due to doctor's RX changes, 50% of original lens price will be credited towards new lenses (see**)

*1. If the value of the exchanged frame is more than the value of the originally purchased frame, the customer will pay the price difference. If the value of the exchanged frame is lower than the value of the originally purchased frame, the customer has the option to receive a refund in the amount of the price difference on his/her original payment method or receive in-store credit for the return amount.
2. Each item may only be returned once for either exchange or refund. GalacticGlasses.com reserves the right to limit the number of returns and/or exchanges at any time.

**Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be re-sold. Therefore we apply 50% credit on LENS returns and exchanges.

***If you are returning or exchanging your item because the order is wrong or the product is damaged, then GalacticGlasses.com will provide you with a free return shipping label.
If you are returning or exchanging your item because of size, fit, color, or some other personal preference, then you will be responsible to pay $30 frames exchange processing fee or 30% return restocking fee and shipping costs (from you to Galactic Glasses and from Galactic Glasses back to you).

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Send us a return request at Contact us page
Fill in all items in the Contact us page, then click submit.

We will help to check if your case is in our return or exchange policy or not.
If yes, we will send you a confirmation email, then please continue to do Step 2.
The processing time may takes from 1 to 3 working days.

Step 2: Repackage your item
The following items must be present in order for the return to be processed:
Protective Case (when applicable) and cleaning cloth
Printed page from GalacticGlasses.com that included in the delivered package

Step 3: Write your Return Material Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
PLEASE NOTE: We must receive item(s) within 30 days of delivery to you.

Procedure for returning RX lenses

IMPORTANT: When you return your item, we strongly recommend that you use FedEx or UPS.

In case of return, your refund will be processed in 1 to 3 working days after we receive the returned package.
In case of exchange, the processing time may takes 10 to 21 working days.

If your prescription lenses are not 100% accurate, return the product within 30 days of receiving your item(s) and we will replace the lenses free of charge. Frames may not be exchanged under the lens guarantee. Please note that customer preferences do not constitute an accuracy issue and will be considered a non-warranty exchange. Examples of this include but are not limited to: deciding to add or remove Transitions, changing lens type such as Single Vision to Progressive, etc.

* Products must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received. Please do not attempt to repair eyewear before returning it to GalacticGlasses.com. Products covered under warranty can only be replaced or repaired, not refunded. Replaced lenses must be the same lens type, material, and options as originally ordered.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will replace your item free of charge. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced, not refunded. No changes to the replacement are allowed.

Incorrect or damaged products must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the exact condition in which they were received. This policy does not cover accidental damage. In the event we determine a returned item has signs of accidental damage, we will need to return the item to you. IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to repair eyewear yourself as any alterations (glue, etc.) will void the warranty.
