Procedure for returning RX lenses

To our most valued on-line customer:

Our company uses a DOUBLE VERIFICATION PROCESS as part of our quality control program to assure accuracy for our customers. Please follow the steps outlined below when returning your frame and lenses to us:
1.) As is customary in our industry, please have your doctor send us an email to [email protected] specifying what is wrong with your lenses. (For example: does the lens power match the RX written? Is the PD measurement correct? Is the SEG HEIGHT measurement correct? Etc.)
2.) Please ship the frame and lenses along with the case and original packaging and include a copy of your INVOICE and a copy of these instructions to the following address:

3.) We recommend only using FEDX or UPS to return your order because of their
shipping reliability. Make sure that the PACKAGE IS INSURED and that a TRACKING NUMBER is assigned to the package.
4.) If our QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT verifies that the lenses have been
MADE INCORRECTLY, then the lenses WILL BE REMADE WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU including shipping.
5.) However, if the lenses are CORRECT ACCORDING TO THE PRESCRIPTION
PROVIDED, then NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN and you will be billed for the return shipping charges.
