Procedure for returning RX lenses
Our company uses a DOUBLE VERIFICATION PROCESS as part of our quality control program to assure accuracy for our customers. Please follow the steps outlined below when returning your frame and lenses to us:
|1.)||As is customary in our industry, please have your doctor send us an email to [email protected] specifying what is wrong with your lenses. (For example: does the lens power match the RX written? Is the PD measurement correct? Is the SEG HEIGHT measurement correct? Etc.)|
|2.)||Please ship the frame and lenses along with the case and original packaging and include a copy of your INVOICE and a copy of these instructions to the following address:

|3.)||We recommend only using FEDX or UPS to return your order because of their
shipping reliability. Make sure that the PACKAGE IS INSURED and that a TRACKING NUMBER is assigned to the package.
|4.)||If our QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT verifies that the lenses have been
MADE INCORRECTLY, then the lenses WILL BE REMADE WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU including shipping.
|5.)||However, if the lenses are CORRECT ACCORDING TO THE PRESCRIPTION
PROVIDED, then NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN and you will be billed for the return shipping charges.
